BeFit Financial FCU converts to CU*NorthWest

Liberty Lake-based core data processor, CU*NorthWest, announced that BeFit Financial FCU of Vacaville, CA, successfully converted to the CU*BASE® data processing system. The credit union represents 3,805 members and $37.8 million in assets.

BeFit Financial FCU was able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*NorthWest including It’s Me 247 Online Banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members.

BeFit Financial FCU represents the 17th California-based credit union selecting CU*NorthWest as their partner for core processing services.

My Credit Union converts to CU*NorthWest

Liberty Lake-based core data processor, CU*NorthWest, announced that My Credit Union of Redwood City, CA successfully converted to the CU*BASE® data processing system. The credit union represents 3,114 members and $32.1 million in assets.

My CU was able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*NorthWest including It’s Me 247 online and mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members.

My CU represents the 16th California-based credit union selecting CU*NorthWest for core processing services.

Liberty Lake-based core data processor, CU*NorthWest, announced that Routt FCU of Steamboat Springs, CO successfully converted to the CU*BASE® data processing system in December. The credit union represents 650 members and $5.2 million in assets.

Routt FCU was able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*NorthWest including It’s Me 247 Online Banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members.

Before you start working on your 4th quarter Call Report in CU*BASE, be
sure to check out the changes we’ve made since last quarter.  Don’t forget –
you can start working on your Q4 18 Call Report any time after January 1st,
but be sure to wait until all entries have been posted to your general ledger!

ATTENTION ONLINE CREDIT UNIONS

Accompanying the arrival of OpsEngine’s 24/7 Time Zone Processing update, RDC (Remote Deposit
Capture) Near-Real-Time Posting will speed up the time frame between when members make a deposit to
when it is posted to their account.  Near-Real-Time RDC will be available to any and all credit unions who
utilize eDOC as their RDC vendor, and that post through the OpsEngine RDC Posting Services.

Near-Real-Time, as the name implies, is not instantaneous – transactions still need to be moved between
members, eDOC, and CU*Answers, as well as comply with business rules.  However, the process will still
be much faster than the current batch schedule.
